Our Company
LMA was founded by Menachem Dahan and Levi Teleshevsky, two real estate professionals with years of hands-on experience. Menachem was a Regional Manager at one of the largest property management companies in Los Angeles. Levi led acquisitions and project management for major firms in Los Angeles and New York. We manage property for owners and invest in our own, and we run both with the same focus: clear reporting, controlled costs, and well-kept buildings. We bring that experience to the day-to-day management of our own investments and third-party properties.
