Who We Are
LMA Properties is a boutique real estate management and investment firm in Los Angeles. We manage multi-family, office, and retail property for owners, offer standalone leasing, and invest in value-add multi-family of our own.
CO-FOUNDER
Levi Teleshevsky
Levi brings nine years of real estate experience across finance, acquisitions and development. In Australia, he helped build the financial systems and models for a boutique finance and investment house. He then led acquisitions and development across firms in New York and Los Angeles, where he underwrote, purchased and developed real estate with strong, enduring returns. At LMA, he leads investments and financial strategy, with a focus on disciplined underwriting and clear reporting to partners.
CO-FOUNDER
Menachem Dahan
Menachem has more than eight years of institutional property management experience. As a Regional Manager at a Beverly Hills-based firm, he oversaw a portfolio of 2,500 Los Angeles apartments and led the onsite, maintenance and office teams behind them. He has also run construction from unit turns to full apartment renovations, including roofing, plumbing and electrical upgrades. At LMA, he leads operations, keeping buildings well maintained, tenants served and costs under control.
DIRECTOR OF LEASING
Moshe Dahan
Moshe brings more than 5 years of information technology experience where he worked at an IT startup building critical systems to mitigate user bottlenecks across businesses. He founded LMA's leasing division to address owners' vacancy gaps, growing the client base to service management companies and owners across 10,000+ units. LMA Leasing services affordable and market-rate housing, and welcomes all qualified applicants, including Section 8 and other voucher holders. As head of leasing, Moshe built advanced systems that reduce vacancy time and improve property cashflows.
