LMA Properties LLC ("LMA," "we," "us") is a residential leasing and property management company at 8730 Wilshire Blvd, Ste 508, Beverly Hills, CA 90211. This policy explains what information we collect through lmaprop.com and our leasing communications, and how we use it.

Information we collect. Information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, the unit or area you are interested in, and details you provide in an application or intake conversation. We also collect basic website usage data such as browser type and pages viewed.

How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, match you with available units, schedule showings, process applications, communicate with you by phone, email, and text message (only if you agreed to texts), and run our business and meet legal obligations.

Text messaging and mobile information. If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example our messaging, CRM, and email providers), with property owners and housing authorities when needed to process your application, and when required by law. These parties may not use your information for their own marketing.

Retention and security. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
